At Woodbridge Hills we believe the quality of life is what makes people want to live here. There are guidelines in place to keep the property values intact and protect the integrity of the community. The Moors of Portage Association’s goal is to promote harmonious living and ensure that all residents can use and enjoy the community.
Woodbridge Hills is operated by a homeowners association called The Moors of Portage Association.
Architectural Control Committee
Any changes to property must be approved by the Architecture Control Committee.
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is part of The Moors of Portage Association and is assigned the responsibility of overseeing the review and approval process for all proposed property projects.
This committee evaluates and makes decisions on tree trimming, tree removal and tree planting, home additions and changes, the approval of exterior materials and colors used, new fencing installations, landscaping, pool additions, play structures (size, location and material used), sign additions and sign changes; to name a few.
Project approval request forms are available on line in addition to all aesthetic guidelines and protective covenants for each neighborhood.
