Woodbridge Hills is made up of several different property styles that together create a beautiful community.
Courtside Condominiums
Comfortable condo living in these quaint single and two-story styles offering 870 square feet to 1210 square feet. Some layouts have finished basements. Single garage or carports are available depending on the property for sale.
Inverness Condominiums
Mostly brick, luxury ranch style duplex condos nestled in a peaceful wooded setting. The condos have a finished garden and walkout levels. These units range in size from 2,500 square feet up to 3,500 square feet with storage, all with 2-car garages, and a screened porch or sun room.
The Lakes of Woodbridge Condominiums
The Lakes of Woodbridge offers both Manor home and Townhome style condominiums.
- Manor homes are single level designs offered on ground level or in an upper level. These condos range in size from 875 square feet up to 1,370 square feet. Manor homes also all come with attached single car garages.
- Townhomes are both ranch and two-story designs with full basements and attached garages. The townhomes range in size from 1,040 square feet up to 1,530 square feet and larger if lower levels are finished.

The Meadows are two-story single family homes developed around cul-de-sacs and located directly across from Moorsbridge Elementary School and Portage West Middle School. They have their own association that maintains their individual entry and common areas.

The Highlands are larger single family homes, some with golf course locations developed on a cul-de-sac street. They have their own association that maintains their individual entry and common areas.
Marsh Pointe Condominiums
Marsh Pointe has the beautiful view of the protected wetlands. The condominiums range in size from around 1,100 to over 1,500 square feet.
Moors End Condominiums
Duplex style condominiums in ranch and two-story designs with full basements, screened porches, patios, or sun rooms and attached 2-car garage. The ranch styles are 1,387 square feet (main level) and two-story designs are 1,772.
Oak Shores
Oak Shores is a private neighborhood of larger homes on larger sites, some with golf course locations. Oak Shores has its own association which maintains their entry and all common areas.
The Villas of Woodbridge Condominiums
These free standing condos offer from 1,566 square feet up to 2,397 square feet in ranch and two-story designs. Condos include full basements (some finished) and 2-car attached garage. This neighborhood is a beautifully quiet location with just a quick walk across the street to access The Moors Golf Club.
Single Family Homes
There are a variety of single family home styles, sizes and designs within the Woodbridge Hills community.
